With over 10 years of experience in designing and manufacturing precision mechanical components exported to Japan, MEKAMIC has applied the most core manufacturing experiences to ensure MEKAMIC’s elevator pulley products achieve high quality and reliability.
Products are strictly controlled from input materials (cast iron grades, mechanical properties, hardness) to profile machining (entirely on CNC machines), assembly, and transportation.
Furthermore, the partnership with ZWZ to use ZWZ bearings for MEKAMIC pulleys—genuine bearings imported directly from the manufacturer—brings stable quality during the elevator’s operation.
