• During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions or has an issue, please contact the company for warranty consultation.

Warranty Exclusions

• The product’s warranty period has expired.
• The product is not manufactured by Mekamic Company.
• Damages caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, and improper storage.
• The product is damaged due to force majeure events such as: natural disasters, floods, fires, etc.
• The product is used incorrectly according to the instructions, or installed improperly contrary to the Manufacturer’s regulations.
• The product has been tampered with by a 3rd party not belonging to the Mekamic warranty system.
